When dependency relationships are displayed in the matrix section of a worksheet (cross matrix), hyperlink custom attributes configured on those dependencies are not shown in the Quick Links panel.
Steps to reproduce
Go to Project → Custom Attributes and create a custom attribute with the input type set to Hyperlink for a dependency relationship. (The dependency type does not matter.)
Example: Create it for the Requirement Element Dependency (Parent/Child) relationship.
Open the dependency's Properties window and enter a value for the hyperlink custom attribute.
Go to Project → Worksheet and create a cross matrix that displays the dependency.
Under Format → Matrix, enable Display dependencies between the left header and top header.
In the created matrix, select the dependency cell containing the hyperlink custom attribute and turn on Quick Links from the toolbar.
The hyperlink information is not displayed in the Quick Links panel.
Workaround
This is a defect affecting versions up to V9.0P4. There is no workaround.
The issue occurs when Display dependencies between the left header and top header is enabled in the matrix formatting and the dependency is displayed in the worksheet.
The issue does not occur when dependencies are displayed in a list view.
Fixed version
This issue was fixed in V10.0.
With Quick Links enabled, selecting the relevant dependency cell correctly displays the hyperlink.
